HOLY MOLY!

HOLY MOLY! Where has the time gone. I can't believe I haven't blogged since November. So much has happened in that time, imagine that?!
We spent Thanksgiving with Brad's family in Arkansas. Sawyer and Sutton's great grandmom, Arlene came all the way from Missouri to be with us too! Sawyer played non-stop and even tried a little cooking. Carole (grandmom) found an apron that she wore when she was a little kid and Sawyer of course had to wear it so she could make us some yummy muffins for breakfast.

We spent Christmas in New Mexico with my family. Christmas has always been such a special time but with kids it just brings back so many memories of how you felt on Christmas Eve and waking up Christmas morning. Sawyer was even excited about Santa Claus this year and would even take a picture with him. Sutton of course is so little she has no clue what is going on but she sure is dressed in some cute Christmas outfits!

We spent New Years in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The snow was beautiful and we had a blast playing in it and building the girl's first snow man!

We moved into our new house early April, and said good bye to yellow house! It has been so nice having SPACE and places to put things like toys, clothes, hair bows, toys, clothes, hair bows, toys, clothes and more hair bows!

Matthew, Nana (Vickie), and Pa (Barry), came to our house for Easter. I can't tell you how many times we had to "hide" eggs for little Sawyer. Everyone was so sweet and took a turn. We had a great time as a family building new memories in our new house!

June 23, 2010 Sawyer got her first hair cut! She wasn't very excited about it at all, BUT after some bribing with chocolate (great parenting skills, I know) she stood there like a big girl and did really well. Thanks Brooke!

Last day of CDO (Children's Day Out). Sawyer had a great year and made lots of really sweet friends. Ms Tootie and Ms LeeAnn are the best! Sawyer knows all her colors, shapes, letters, numbers, how to wait patiently, songs, soooo much! Thank you ladies for being so good to my little June Bug. Can't believe next year is Preschool.

It really took everything I had to sign up Sawyer for her first dance class. I really want to raise athletes but I got to thinking, baseball and football players take ballet so this wouldn't hurt her too bad, hahaha! It was a July session and she took ballet, tap and tumbling with two of her friends Kenedi and Anastyn. She really did like it and was rather pretty graceful if I must say so myself! The best part, was getting her dressed, she looked precious. And of course, little sister, Sutton was there to cheer her on!

Trick or Treat!

Family picture at the corn maze. Sawyer had a blast with Nana and Pa. It would have been perfect if it wasn't so windy!

Fun times at the pumpkin patch and corn maze! Here were are on the hay ride.

Sutton was a baby chick for her first Halloween! She had so much fun cruising around in her stroller looking at all the different costumes. She is such a sweet and good baby!

Sawyer, Sutton, Gitta, Deuce and I all went to Lakeridge Methodist Fall Festival. The kids had a blast playing games but most of all jumping in the jump house. Sawyer has to jump all the time now, even just going from the kitchen into the living room, and of course it is "mom watch, watch." Sawyer and Deuce were the cutest lady bug and puppy I have ever seen!

Stats and Football!

Sawyer is loving Tech football! She cheers, claps, puts her guns up, drums with the band, and yells "get him" when we are on defense. How she knows offense and defense right now I have no idea, but I am loving it! GOOOO TECH!

Took Sutton to the Doctor for her two month checkup on September 18th. Miss Sutton is 11lbs. 7oz. and 23.5in long. I can't believe this, but she is in the 90% for height (she better enjoy it now, because we know that's going to go away!), 75% for her weight and 55% for her head. She is a growing girl, and smiling like crazy!

We have also broke ground on our house. It is framed and you can make out all the rooms in the house. Of course we have to drive out there every few days and check on it. It is so much fun and we are having a blast watching the progress.

Everybody is Doing It!

Okay, okay since EVERYONE blogs and I love reading other peoples I decided the Wilson's need one. SO here we go . . .
Since I am already so far behind on Sawyer and the birth of Sutton I am going to start with today and move forward from there.
Sawyer 2- Is sooooo hilarious and so much fun! She constantly keeps us laughing and loves being a big sister. She is constantly kissing and hugging baby Sutton and asking her "what doing?"
Sutton 8 weeks- Is growing like crazy. She loves her swing, big sister and pulling mommies hair. She is really starting to get a personality and sleeping pretty much through the night (YES!)
Okay since I am new at this I am going to stop here but there will be more to come soon.
